During the postwar period the brothers Giovanni and Andrea Pegoraro began their business activity firstly with reparation services and then they started producing agriculture equipment, the first machines for threshing with the brand "Fratelli Pegoraro".

Over the years, because of the seasonal nature of the work due to the harvest, the first wagons for the transport of hay and for the transport of pregnant cows were built. The products of that period were mostly made of wood that came from the strip of land which was all along the river Brenta and the river Piave.
